What happens next

We’ll review your instruction and get in touch if we need any extra details.

Once everything is processed, we’ll move your UWP Series 1 savings, including the guarantees earned so far, to the Phoenix NPI Deposit Fund. We’ll carry out the move using the price on the next working day after we receive your instruction.

We’ll send you a confirmation letter showing the value moved. This usually takes around 10 days.
