Pensions and Life Assurance products might not be an obvious area for fraudsters to target, but both can be very valuable and are therefore vulnerable, either by people known to us, i.e. family members, associates, or by strangers who have sufficient information to take over a policy.

At Phoenix Life we take fraud prevention measures to protect you and your policies, and we will never call and ask for plan value, policy number, personal or bank information, request your help with research or say we are undertaking a policy review.
