At Phoenix Life we have several customer service teams who look after our customers' policies. The team you’ll need to contact with a question about your policy will depend on who you originally took your policy out with. Because of this we don’t have one single telephone number.
If you know the name of your previous policy provider, click on the manage my policy link. We’ll show you an alphabetical list of all the companies whose policies have transferred to us. You’ll just need to select the previous provider’s name and then we’ll show you how to get in touch.

What if I don’t know who my previous policy provider was?
Before policies are transferred to Phoenix Life, many companies may have been involved in their own mergers, takeovers and transfers themselves.
