Over recent years, we have transferred policies from a number of different life companies to become part of either Phoenix Life Limited or Phoenix Life Assurance Limited.
Bringing together separate companies and funds within our Group enables us to make better use of our resources (including capital), reduce running costs and improve the service we offer you. Having fewer companies and brands also makes it easier for you to deal with us.
All our fund transfers and mergers are approved by the UK High Court and reviewed by our regulator, the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
